NGTV subscriptions and passes
- Every new account gets a 30-day free trial, so you can check NGTV works with your TV and your provider before paying.
- Your first payment can be refunded in full within 7 days. Request it from your account page at id.ngtvapp.com/account or by emailing contact@siberneticsllc.net or calling +1 202 480 9246. This applies once per customer.
- After that, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel a subscription at any time. It will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Passes are one-time payments and do not renew.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Custom software services
- Each proposal sets out its payment schedule and what happens if the project is cancelled.
- Work already delivered, and time already spent, is not refundable.
- If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will refund payments for the undelivered part.
