These terms apply to your use of this website and to services and products bought from Sibernetics LLC (“we”, “us”), trading as Innovation Labs. By using the website or buying from us you agree to them.
1. Services
Custom software work is described in a written proposal or statement of work. If a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins. Unless the proposal says otherwise, you own the software we write for you once it has been paid for in full, and we keep the right to reuse our general tools, libraries and know-how.
2. Products
Our software products, including NGTV, are licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use them under the plan you choose. NGTV does not include any content; you are responsible for having the right to view anything you add to it, and you must not use it to access content illegally.
3. Payment
Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency shown. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends. Invoices for services are due within the time stated on the invoice.
4. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or our products, including attempting to break their security, reselling access without our permission, or using them in breach of any law.
6. Warranties and liability
Products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
