This policy explains how Sibernetics LLC (“we”, “us”), trading as Innovation Labs, handles personal information collected through this website and in the course of our services. Our NGTV app has its own privacy policy at id.ngtvapp.com/privacy.
What we collect
- Contact form: the name, email, phone number, message and any file you send us.
- Clients: business contact and billing details needed to deliver and invoice our work.
- Payments: card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Server logs: our host records IP addresses and browser details for security and keeps them for a short time.
How we use it
To reply to you, deliver and invoice services, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep the website secure. If you tick the box on the contact form, we may also send you occasional news about our services; you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms: Hostinger (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), and Stripe (payments). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Client and billing records are kept as long as tax law requires, generally seven years.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you news, by emailing contact@siberneticsllc.net. Residents of some US states and other countries have additional rights, and we will honour them.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and for basic security. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
